Torrevieja will transform into a major culinary stage the third weekend of October when Desal, the city’s new gastronomic festival, brings together top regional chefs, local restaurateurs and producers from the Vega Baja.
The event will take place on 17, 18 and 19 October 2025 at the historic Salones Bahía (now known as Finca Victoria Garden) and aims to blend innovation, tradition and local product in a lively public celebration of food.
