Torrevieja will become a culinary hub from October 17-19, 2025, when it stages the first edition of the DESAL Gastronomic Festival. The free, three‑day festival - held at the Antiguos Salones Bahía (Finca Victoria Garden) - brings together leading Valencian chefs, local restaurateurs and producers to showcase regional products and creative cuisine rooted in salt‑land traditions.
