Inmaculada Montesinos, councilor for Senior Citizens, announced that interested participants now have until September 14, 2024 to submit their works. This year’s contest warmly honors the special bond between generations with the theme: “Stories That Are Inherited.”

The contest aims to spotlight the daily interactions and shared experiences between seniors and younger family members – children and youth – celebrating how memories and traditions pass from one generation to the next. The theme beautifully invites photographers aged 60 and above, pensioners residing in Torrevieja, to tell these heartfelt stories through their lenses.

- Eligibility: Pensioners over 60 years old, registered residents of Torrevieja.
